
We offer individual and small group training sessions. All sessions are done in our exceptionally clean, state of the art training facility in Warren, New Jersey. An emphasis is placed on cardiovascular conditioning, functional/compound movement patterns that incorporate core strength and flexibility, balance training and postural awareness. We provide these services for everyone of all ages.
Total Body Session
Sport Specific Training
This is geared toward the athlete looking to prevent injury and improve athletic performance. The program utilizes the theories of neuromuscular re-education and specific strenthening exercises to ensure that the body is fucntioning at its optimum level.
Athletic Injury Prevention Program
This is an 8-week program designed by physical therapists to prepare all athletes for their spring season. The program focuses on physically preparing the body so that it can withstand the rigors of the sport. It is comprised of four components with a focus on strengthening specific muscle groups in order to prevent injuries.
Educational Seminars
We offer our clients educational seminars that discuss a variety of health related issues. This includes Nutritional Seminars and also our exclusive Healthy Spine Seminars.
Nutrition and Weight Management
Probably the most important aspect of a well rounded healthy lifestyle. Proper nutrition when combined with a progressive exercise program is the only proven way to lose weight and keep it off. Our clients have lost weight not by dieting but by improving their eating habits. This includes eliminating processed foods and eating natural foods in a balanced manner.
Special Populations
Our knowledge and experience as physical therapists and exercise physiologists allows us to develop a safe and effective exercise programs to address the following concerns: listed in bullet form high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic neck and back bain, autoimmune diseases, post rehab, osteopenia/osteoporosis, motor coordination difficulties in children, pre and post natal fitness.
