Matthew
Holbrook, Licensed Physical Therapist, Certified
Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Matt graduated from the Richard Stockton College of NJ with
a Bachelor of Science in Biology where he
also played baseball for the school team. He then went
on to pursue his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
While in school he began to see the role of proper exercise
played in one’s health. After college he went on to become a
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the
NSCA. He is an active member of the American
Physical Therapy Association and the National Strength and
Conditioning Association. In addition to developing
effective exercise programs, Matt is also very experienced
in Manual Therapy techniques to treat a variety of
orthopedic conditions. Most of his postgraduate
training has involved intensive manual therapy and postural
education. He has developed his own Back Care Program
called Healthy Spine that is backed by
research to help clients prevent or alleviate back pain in
their everyday lives. Matt takes pride in his attention to
detail in all aspects of his work and life. When not
at Complete Health and Fitness Matt enjoys cycling, playing
the guitar, spending time with Sandra and their son, Jack,
and working around the house.

Sandra
Holbrook, Licensed Physical Therapist, Certified
Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Sandra graduated from Richard Stockton College of NJ with a
Bachelor of Science in Biology and went on to
pursue her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
During her time at Stockton she worked as an athletic
trainer with the various sport teams. She is also a
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the
NSCA. She is an active member of the American
Physical Therapy Association and the National Strength and
Conditioning Association. In addition to developing
health and fitness programs she also has extensive
experience in pediatrics. Her area of specialty is
treating neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions and
developmental delays in children from ages birth to
adolescence. Her postgraduate education has focused on
Neurological Developmental Techniques (NDT),
fitness prevention and healthy eating. Sandra values the
importance of a holistic approach that involves listening to
your body and looking at all aspects of your health. When
not working she enjoys outdoor activities such as biking,
hiking and gardening. She also enjoys cooking and
coming up with healthy recipes.

Andrew Schmarje, Personal Trainer
Andrew graduated from SUNY at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science in Health Wellness
concentrating in Nutrition. Over the past seven years, Drew has
worked in a variety of settings including private training, corporate wellness and community
outreach programs. He believes in the importance of the mind/body connection for enhancing
overall well-being. Often times Drew will incorporate Yoga and
Tai Chi into his fitness programs. In his free time Andrew likes to stay active with
strength training, being outdoors, walking in the park and exploring the city. He enjoys
cooking and eating foods from a variety of cuisines.

Lauren Vesper, Facility Assistant
Lauren is currently a junior at Watchung Hills Regional High School. She
loves to play soccer and is currently a member of her high school's varsity
team. You will find Lauren helping to keep the facility in top condition;
answering phones and helping the facility run smoothly. We are excited to
have her on board. |
